Brad over on bwriteno was one of many to leave some very positive comments about our free heckped WordPress theme:

Wow I like this…professional and pretty at the same time (so many professional-type themes either look stiff or else they look cheap-and-cheesy-hey-we-can-have-a-good-time -even-though-we’re-a-business (these are usually too busy and make my eyes hurt)). The eye glides over it very smoothly.

Not using it for the bwrite blog but want to use it for a media company bog (once I’m a little more professional and don’t write multi-parenthetical run-on sentences).

Thanks for making this available. I’ve looked at about a billion themes over the past three weeks and this is tops just about everything. I do get a little excited when I find stuff I really like.And it’s big of you to handle it like you did.

The Free Heckerped WordPress Theme

Updated Free WordPress Theme: Sarchasm 1.3

The Sarchasm WordPress theme was always one of my favorites, but it was created so early in my WP career that the functionality left allot to be desired. So I decided to update it – it now plays nice with WordPress 2.3.1, tag and widget support included.

The original version was so old that I cannot begin to list all of the changes that I did for version 1.3, suffice to say that it is all but rebuilt from the ground up – and remember what the ninja said about originally:

This theme reminds me of the first time I ever skinned my knee. Wow, what an intense feeling. I canï¿½t remember ever feeling this way. Electricity is flying through my body. Where did my Frisbee go?
