I think you did just write me a testimonial Jonathan, at the risk of being redundant, good clients make good projects ( and the converse is just as true…. ) and you were as smooth as butter to work with.

I’ll try to do better posting the WordPress themes I create as I knock them out, and I might even get time to update that portfolio one day….

I just finished up a custom WordPress theme for a great guy back in my old stomping grounds in Oxford Mississippi – Blake Cannon deals with Oxford Real Estate and really gets web 2.0, we’ll be uploading this theme to his server this weekend.

I’ve hired James three times now to do various WP Themes for me. One he converted a traditional website (that we absolutely loved) to a WP Theme and 2 themes for business ideas for me. I’m using the current one extensively, he’s quick, great value and knows what he is doing.

I have seen all the positive feedback that you have on your website and I can’t say anything different.

I think your greatest strength is that you are very detail oriented. The Dreyfus Blog is the perfect example. You are not trying to improve/judge the current design but you just integrate it and that flawlessly. The colors, fonts, etc are all exactly as in the original.

With the new design on my site the income has gone up over 500% the past months. Got the $500 ( for the wordpress theme that I created for him) back the first month .

Steve Kudela, who makes kick ass handmade bass guitars contracted another company to create him a WordPress theme, and it would be generous to say that they dropped the ball. They left him with a half finished theme full of mis-spellings and content that he didn’t want, a WordPress installation that he couldn’t access, and a overall bad taste in his mouth for web developers and WordPress.

That’s where I came in. I transfered his domain to my server, got his previous web-dev company to send me the files that they had of his, and I proceeded to rescue his failed WordPress project.

Keep in mind that I did not design this site, I just took it from a non-functional state that he was very un-happy with to a site that he is very pleased with. WordPress development adds another dimension since you are turning over a front end to a platform to the client who plans to extend and add to what you have created for them. This often brings up un-anticipated issues…

But just when you think that all hope is lost ( okay, that might be a little overly dramatic ) you get several clients in a row that send you quotes like these:
